The Rick Sherman Duo (and friends) will be performing “scary” music on Halloween night at the Village Inn on Balboa Island (the 37th year for Rick)!! The evening will include the Village Inn’s famous multi-categories/multi-prizes HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST!!!
