Please note: With the recent construction going on in the area, it’s hard to predict whether Via Oporto will be open or closed on any specific day. If it’s open, once you’ve turned onto Via Lido from Newport Blvd, simply make a left turn at Via Oporto (the 1st street on the left), and you will see the Elks Lodge parking lot ahead on your right as you come to the end of Via Oporto. If Via Oporto is closed, simply make a u-turn at Via Oporto, and head back towards Newport Blvd. Just as you near the stop light at Newport Blvd (literally about 5 feet away), make a right turn onto Central Avenue (presently there’s no street sign), and the Elks Lodge will be ahead on the right, at the end of Central Avenue.

The Elks Lodges are for “Elks Members & Their Guests Only”, so as an Elks member myself, my friends are welcome at all Elks Lodges as my guests when I’m performing. If you would like to come join me for this performance, please send me an email or give me a call, so I can assure that the names of all in your party are on the Guest List at the door. The Newport Harbor Elks Lodge has a great dance floor, and the staff and the members are all very friendly, and they warmly welcome guests. The food is very good, and as is the case with drinks, very reasonably priced. While it’s not required, I highly recommend phoning ahead and making reservations, in order to guarantee a “table with a good location near the music”.
