Please note: Via Oporto is now closed off due to the major construction being done on that street. I’ve been advised that the best route to the Lodge is to take Newport Blvd to 32nd street, turn left on 32nd street, to a left on Lafayette, to a quick left onto Via Lido. Stay on Via Lido, and just before you get to the stop light at Newport Blvd, turn right onto Central Avenue (a small street on the right, literally just 5 feet before you get to Newport Blvd; presently there is no street sign there), and that will take you to the Elks Lodge (you will see it on your right as you approach the end of Central Avenue). If the Elks Lodge parking lot is full, there is parking readily available in the multi-level parking structure right across the street.

The Elks Lodges are for “Elks Members & Their Guests Only”, so as an Elks member myself, my friends are welcome at all Elks Lodges as my guests when I’m performing. If you would like to come join me for this performance, please send me an email, or give me a call, so I can assure that the names of all in your party are on the Guest List at the door. The Newport Harbor Elks Lodge has a great dance floor, and the staff and the members are all very friendly, and they warmly welcome guests. The food is very good, and as is the case with drinks, very reasonably priced. While it’s not required, I highly recommend phoning ahead and making reservations, in order to guarantee a “table with a good location near the music”.
